Dispatch times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (including holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
At this time, shipping is offered as standard untracked delivery.
If untracked shipping is selected, I’m unable to provide tracking updates once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been sent.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are as follows (these are guidelines, not guarantees):
UK: 2–4 business days
International: delivery times vary by destination and may take longer
Delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are outside of my control once an order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery delays can occur, especially during busy periods such as holidays, postal strikes, or due to customs processing for international orders.
International orders, customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of my control.
EU shipping
At this time, I’m not able to ship to the European Union, but I hope to offer EU shipping in the future.
International orders

Lost or delayed items
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery sits with the postal service.
Untracked shipping does not allow me to locate or track parcels once they are in transit. If your order appears delayed, I kindly ask that you allow extra time for delivery, particularly during peak postal periods.
If you believe your order has been lost, please get in touch and I will do my best to help where possible.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
